Today, I had fond memories of my Synergy Air build class! Lots of cutting, forming, dimpling and deburring of the rudder stiffeners. My small Ryobi bandsaw and 3M polish wheel on the bench grinder got a solid workout all day.
Thankfully, it has only been a few days since I was last in the shop. Today I continued to fit the rudder skeleton together with some drilling and cleko installation.
